• Removal of any trash or newspapers on property
• Check all doors and windows to make sure they are secure
• Check security system
• Run all water to make sure the home is free of leaks
• Visual check for mildew and pests
• Check and adjust AC if needed
• Check all appliances
• Run dishwasher and garbage disposal
